After conducting a detailed gap analysis study and researching best practices, iPower2 identified a robust technology solution that would allow South Africa to make a measurable impact to children`s education. An impact, that iPower2 believes passionately will fundamentally change the educational landscape for South Africa and help lift the next generation out of poverty. |

| To successfully launch the initiative in South Africa, iPower2 entered into an exclusive agreement with Pearson to be the exclusive supplier of their education software-SuccessMaker Enterprise and NovaNET-to public schools in South Africa. This is a significant opportunity for South Africa given that Pearson’s product has been developed by leading scholars over a 40 year horizon and implemented at 23,000+ schools globally with overwhelming satisfaction, positively impacting children's education from R-12.
